LG Optimus G Pro
It was rumoured last week but now its official, LG have announced the Optimus G Pro Android Smartphone to be released in Japan in April on the NTT DoCoMo network. LG look set to take on the likes on the Sony Xperia Z with the LG Optimus G Pro handset.
The LG Optimus G Pro will be the newest flagship handset from LG featuring a 5 inch 1080p Full HD at 440 ppi screen, Android Jellybean (4.1), 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon Pro processor, 2GB of RAM and 32Gb or Storage with microSDXC expansion, 13 megapixel camera, LTE and a 3000mAh battery. The Optimus G Pro is only 2mm thinker than the Xperia Z but doesn’t feature a waterproof design like Sony showcased at CES.
LG haven’t made any further announcements about the handsets so it’s unclear when it will be available outside of Japan, but with Mobile World Conference only a couple of weeks away, there are bound to be plenty more announcements and a full showcase from LG on the LG Optimus G Pro.
